State program “Screening 40+”
Health Screening 40+ is a free national program for the early detection of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and mental health assessment. Many of these conditions develop over a long period of time without noticeable symptoms, but can lead to serious complications such as heart attack, stroke, heart failure, or metabolic disorders.
The goal of screening is to identify risks early, assess overall health, and help people maintain an active lifestyle for years to come.

patients regardless of whether they have any complaints
people who want to check the condition of their heart, blood vessels, metabolism, and general risk factors
What does screening include:
The program includes::
Consultation with a family doctor to assess overall health
Physical examination, including measurement of blood pressure, height, weight, and body mass index
Assessment of risk factors for cardiovascular disease and metabolic disorders using standardized scales and questionnaires
Laboratory tests in accordance with the screening program (including indicators of metabolism and cardiovascular risk)
Formulation of individual recommendations for further action, prevention, or the need for additional examinations
How to undergo screening: step-by-step instructions
Step 1. Receive funds on your National Cashback card in "Diya" To participate, you must have funds (2,000 UAH) allocated by the state for the 40+ health screening credited to your card. It is not possible to undergo screening without these funds being credited.
Step 2. Check your eligibility The screening is available to people aged 40 and older. Important: you can undergo the screening no earlier than 30 calendar days after your birthday.
Step 3. Make an appointment with Dokos Medical. After the funds have been credited, make an appointment for the screening: via the website, by calling the reception desk, or directly at the clinic. You can choose either of two locations: near Chernihivska or Minska metro station.
Step 4. Complete the questionnaire before visiting the doctor: in advance—via the link on the website/during your visit to the clinic—on a tablet or paper.
Step 5. Come to the clinic on the appointed day. On the day of your visit, inform the receptionist that you have come for a 40+ health screening under the state program. All examinations are conducted without queues and in comfortable conditions.
Step 6. Get tested. You will receive a consultation with a doctor and undergo the necessary diagnostic tests in accordance with the screening program.
Step 7. Get your results and recommendations. The doctor will explain the results in understandable language and provide recommendations for further action, prevention, or additional tests if necessary.

Important!
Health screening is available no earlier than 30 calendar days after your birthday for individuals aged 40 and older. For example, if your birthday is January 3, you will be able to take advantage of the screening program starting February 2.

The program does not replace visits to your family doctor, but rather complements regular medical checkups, helping you to see the big picture of your health.

For individuals who do not use electronic services
(DIA), registration for participation in the program is carried out through the Center for the Provision of
Administrative Services (CPA).
