Peer groups are a modern format of professional development for doctors, officially approved by the Ministry of Health (Order No. 781 dated 08.05.2025). Here, colleagues from the same or similar specialties regularly meet (in person or online) to discuss clinical cases, share experiences, review complex situations, and analyze new research and practices.

This is a space without hierarchy, without a lecturer – only equal dialogue among doctors, support, and mutual enrichment.
